As the Video Editor, you will develop high converting video content for use across all channels, including YouTube, site, paid advertising, TikTok and Instagram Reels and other digital channels as required. You will work closely with local marketing teams across DPE’s global offices in 12 markets as well as Digital Centre of Expertise teams to deliver a diverse range of creative assets that meet brand guidelines and project timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

Create digital assets and content for use across email marketing, website,

Instagram (Reels as required, stories and in-feed) and TikTok (as

required) which embodies the brand aesthetic.

Video editing and motion graphics: develop high converting video content

for use across all channels, including YouTube, site, paid advertising,

TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Editing and assembling raw video footage to create engaging and compelling video content.
• Understanding video editing techniques like splicing, sound balancing, color correction, colour grading, trimming, adding transitions, and applying visual effects to enhance video quality.
• Editing raw footage content and cutting video sequences to ensure that concepts are translated effectively.
• Review all edited tapes to identify any issues and recommend changes as required.
• Organizing and managing all audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Collaborating marketing teams understand video project requirements.
• Staying updated with industry trends and editing techniques.
• Optimizing video content for different platforms and audience preferences.
• Make required changes in line with stakeholder feedback and brand guidelines in a timely manner.
• Check own work and re-submits for proofing.
• Ensures all deadlines are met via proactive time management; where delays occur, provide effective communication with the Traffic Manager.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 to 5 years prior experience are a video editor or videographer.
• Proficient in English, Japanese desirable.
• Proficient in editing software including as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro.
• Possess good color grading sense and skills.
• Able to perform simple 2D animation, Motion graphics, and VFX.
• Deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
• Highly organized, with strong prioritization and communication skills; can effectively manage your workload and can clearly express ideas, and relay information and updates to key stakeholders.
