Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, independent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations and maintain a full set of accounts.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Handle bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Liaise with auditors and other external parties.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Employment Details

• Position: Accounts Executive
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working Location: 2 Chang Charn Road
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm and Sat: 9am to 1pm
• Salary Range: S$3,800–S$4,200 per month
