Manage procurement processes, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.

Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Liaise with suppliers and site managers to ensure materials are delivered as per the project schedule.

Track delivery statuses and handle any issues related to late or incorrect deliveries.

Conduct monthly reconciliation against supplier’s Statement of Account (SOA) to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Track and monitor order deliveries to ensure they arrive at the correct site on time and resolve any delivery issues.

Handle accounts payable, including checking supplier invoices, processing payments and maintaining accurate records

Verify supplier invoices against delivery orders and other supporting documents

Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely processing of payments

Handle purchasing activities through the company's purchasing system

Source quotations, compare prices and liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules and order status

Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requirements and supplier deliveries

Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with suppliers on billing and payment matters

Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery orders and other accounting documents

Assist with month end closing and other accounting duties as assigned
