Job Summary
You will promote pastries, mooncakes, and baked goods while engaging customers to drive sales and support events across island-wide locations.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate and promote pastries, mooncakes, and baked goods to customers to increase product awareness and sales
Engage customers by providing product recommendations tailored to their preferences to enhance their purchase experience
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays to attract and retain customer interest
Support roadshows, events, and promotional activities on a project or ad-hoc basis to boost brand presence and sales
Record sales data and customer feedback accurately to inform future marketing and promotional strategies
Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and contribute to overall event success
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Availability to work at events and roadshows, including weekends on an ad-hoc, project-based basis
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude to foster positive customer interactions
Previous sales or food promotion experience is advantageous but not mandatory
