Kerja Sepenuh Masa Logistics - Operations Assistant-Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Sun Luan (M) Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Executive / Assistant to coordinate our daily transport operations and fleet logistics. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient lorry scheduling, accurate system tracking, clear driver communication, and timely order fulfilment to support our customers and sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and process order requests directly from customers.
• Efficiently plan, schedule, and coordinate lorry order dispatching.
• Create, update, and manage job orders accurately within the operational system.
• Assign transport jobs to drivers and ensure smooth schedule execution.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and the internal Sales team.
• Monitor real-time fleet movement via GPS tracking systems to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee and manage relevant vehicle permits, regulatory documentations, and compliance.
• Issue, manage, and track Purchase Orders (PO) for operations.
• Handle and resolve day-to-day driver operational issues and queries.
• Liaise and coordinate actively with quarries and third-party/outside transporters.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Willingness to work in shift rotations based on company arrangements / scheduling.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Location: Taman Ulu Choh, Johor Bahru.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
