Job Description:
Prepare quotation and make sure the quotation sent to customers on time.
Perform day-to-day administration task including data entry, handling inquiries, answer phone call and follow up with customers.
Handle and maintain proper filing and documentation.
Perform other ad-hoc assigned by manager.
Requirements:
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Attention to details.
Good team player.
