We’re looking for Mid-Level to Senior Recruitment Consultants with 2–3+ years of recruitment experience. Tech recruitment experience is highly preferred!

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech recruitment
• Open to 180 Delivery Consultants, as well as experienced 270 or 360 Consultants
• Comfortable managing the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination
• Proactive, organised, and serious about delivering results

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering 5 qualified CVs per week
• Sourcing, screening, and assessing tech candidates
• Preparing candidate cover letters and profiles
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate relationships
• Maintaining accurate records in our ATS
• Supporting other general tech recruitment activities
