Role Description The Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns for DOREMi’s event and equipment services. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with market research, creating marketing materials, updating social media and digital channels, and helping to coordinate promotional activities and events. The intern will also support basic sales and customer engagement activities, maintain marketing databases, and assist with reporting on campaign performance. Collaboration with internal teams and participation in brainstorming sessions are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning and identify opportunities.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Marketing skills to assist in lead generation and promotional activities.
• Basic proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced event environment.
• Interest in the event industry and willingness to learn from experienced professionals; prior internship or project experience in marketing is an added advantage.
