Responsibilities

• You must deploy, configure, administer, and provide operational support for enterprise network security solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• You are expected to troubleshoot network security platforms, diagnose complex issues, and optimize their performance, availability, and reliability.
• You must support and maintain existing network security infrastructure covering Anti-DDoS, WAF, NAC, IPS, and SWG solutions.
• You are responsible for the deployment, configuration, policy implementation, tuning, and ongoing maintenance of WAF, IPS, NAC, SWG, Anti-DDoS, and Email ATP technologies.
• You must support both cloud-based and on-premises Anti-DDoS environments and troubleshoot related network traffic and routing issues.
• You are expected to participate in 24/7 security incident management, detection, and response activities when required.
• You must work closely with network, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other technology teams to investigate security events and resolve operational issues.
• You should manage multiple technical initiatives simultaneously and adapt to changing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of IT security experience, preferably within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
• At least 6 years of network security engineering experience, covering network security design, analysis, administration, and operational management.
• Strong hands-on experience with network security architecture, system design, security policy enforcement, and operational support.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching, including Cisco switches and routers and core network infrastructure.
• Experience with Anti-DDoS solutions, preferably across both cloud and on-premises environments, with knowledge of BGP routing.
• Hands-on experience with NAC deployment, policy configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and tuning IPS solutions.
• Experience with WAF deployment, fine-tuning, policy management, and maintenance.
• Experience managing SWG solutions, including secure internet access, web filtering, malware protection, policy configuration, and SSL inspection.
• Exposure to Email Advanced Persistent Threat (ATP) security solutions.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
