Are you a hands-on finance professional who understands full set accounting, taxation, and double-entry bookkeeping?

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting operations and support the company's growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Handle detailed double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries and month-end/year-end closing.
• Manage intercompany transactions, billing and balance reconciliation.
• Oversee taxation matters, including tax schedules, CP204A and tax filing coordination.
• Monitor and reconcile weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual distributor commission payments and eWallet transactions.
• Maintain proper accounting records for member purchases, distributor transactions and related financial activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors and tax agents to ensure accurate reporting and statutory compliance.
• Maintain proper fixed asset records and coordinate periodic asset tagging.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience managing full set accounts and detailed double-entry bookkeeping.
• Good knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCount and SQL is an advantage.
• Independent, meticulous and focused.
