Purpose and Scope
The Procurement & Logistics Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and logistics activities to ensure the timely, compliant and cost-effective availability of materials and services.
As The Singapore Mint undergoes business and process transformation, the role will have a strong focus on reviewing existing ways of working, developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strengthening procurement controls and improving ERP-enabled workflows.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a changing environment and have the confidence to challenge existing processes constructively, propose better solutions and translate improvement ideas into practical, documented and sustainable processes.
The role also supports procurement and logistics requirements involving high-value materials. Experience with precious metals, bullion or other high-value commodities would be a strong advantage.

SOP Development & Process Transformation
- Own the development, documentation, implementation and periodic review of procurement and logistics SOPs.
