We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily operations and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic professional environment. • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business & Trade, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• Proficient in MS Office. Experience in SAP/ERP will be an added Advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.

• Open-minded and adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic business environments.

• High attention to detail, with strong follow-through, and time management.

• Proactive, self-motivated

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu

• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.

• Perform accurate data entry and update information in company databases (SAP), spreadsheets, and related internal and external systems.

• Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

• Handle filing activities, including physical and electronic document management, ensuring proper record retention and compliance with company procedures.

• Assist in processing, tracking, and archiving business documents such as invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and contracts.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks or other assignments as directed by immediate superiors or senior management.
