Role Description The Warehouse Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for receiving, checking, and organizing incoming goods, ensuring items are stored correctly and safely within the warehouse. The Warehouse Assistant will pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution to stores and customers, maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock counts. Daily tasks also include operating warehouse equipment where authorized, keeping work areas clean and orderly, and following safety and company procedures. The role may involve coordinating with store teams and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and providing basic support to internal stakeholders when needed.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Packing and basic warehousing handling to prepare and organize goods efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track stock levels and ensure accurate records.
• Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation or other material handling equipment, with valid certification where required.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service to support internal teams and respond professionally to store and logistics queries.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, basic numeracy, and ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail distribution is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur and adapt to shift or weekend schedules as needed.
