At Trehaus, we’re building an early childhood education ecosystem with a heart for community. Part of that ecosystem is Trehaus at Funan—a vibrant home for parents, founders, and changemakers that brings together co-working, a crèche, a Family Club, and event spaces.

We’re looking for the face and warm voice of Trehaus. Someone who will make every member, parent, child, and guest feel genuinely welcomed and part of our story.

What You’ll Do

Welcome & Connect: Run reception, host space tours, manage bookings, and handle daily enquiries.

Build Community: Foster member connections and support our events, workshops, and family programming.

Keep the Haus Humming: Oversee day-to-day space operations—from opening/closing duties to venue bookings, supplier coordination, and facility checks.

Flexible: Comfortable working rostered weekend shifts (with time off in lieu provided).

Bonus points if you have 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, front-of-house, events, or co-working—and a genuine passion for community building.
