Responsibilities

• Verify outgoing envelopes, files, and parcels against the daily delivery manifest to ensure accuracy
• Obtain official recipient signatures, dates, and company stamps on delivery orders or digital acknowledgment forms to confirm receipt
• Return all signed acknowledgments, delivery receipts, and undelivered items to the administrative team daily to maintain accurate records
• Notify the office coordinator promptly if delivery addresses are invalid, recipients are unavailable, or travel delays occur to enable timely resolution
• Plan and follow efficient travel routes to deliver urgent documents before office cut-off times, ensuring timely service
• Comply with all road safety laws and maintain cleanliness, security, and proper upkeep of the vehicle or transit bag/box to ensure safety and professionalism

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid driver’s or motorcycle license with a clean driving record

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of local office districts and main travel routes to optimize delivery efficiency
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
• Exhibit good communication skills and maintain a neat, professional appearance
