• Position : Customer Service Executive (Admin Support)
• Working Hours : 8.00am – 5.00pm, Mon - Fri
• Salary Range : Rm 2200 - Rm 2400
• Location : Iparc Gelang Patah

Job Scope:

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
• Generate sales leads and ensure customer satisfaction
• Build good relationships with customers/suppliers
• Handle complaints and follow up on resolutions
• Keep records of customer interactions and documents
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments
• Liaise with customers on requirements and issues
• Prepare reports and maintain filing system
• Provide admin support to executives

Requirements:

• No experience needed – training provided
• Computer literate (Email, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Stable attendance with good attitude

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
