Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data analysis techniques and analytics applications using Python, SQL and visualisation tools. Design analysis frameworks for product commercialisation and company operations. Define business and product metrics, track metric changes, identify key drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
Design and evaluate A/B tests for user onboarding, product features, messaging and monetisation. Apply data mining, data modelling, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and LLM methods to analyse large structured and unstructured datasets, including product usage, user feedback and AI agent data.
Visualise, interpret and report data findings through reports, dashboards and analytics agents for Management, Product and Engineering teams. Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth and Finance teams to implement recommendations and review business results.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, data analytics or data science. Experience with internet or AI products is preferred.
Proficient in SQL and Python. Strong experience in metric design, business modelling, metric forecasting, root-cause analysis and A/B testing.
Able to turn analytical findings into decisions and actions. Able to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
