Project Coordination

• Manage client projects from confirmed quotation through design, production and delivery.
• Plan project timelines and milestones, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate the designers, production team and external vendors working on each project.
• Track progress and remove bottlenecks so deadlines are met.

Client Management

• Be the main point of contact for clients during the project.
• Gather client requirements and turn them into clear briefs for the internal team.
• Prepare and present project updates, mockup reviews and timeline decks.
• Handle change requests and client feedback professionally.

Production & Quality

• Supervise day-to-day production work and give tasks to team members.
• Check outputs against specifications before delivery.
• Keep accurate project records, job sheets and documentation.
• Help improve workflows and project processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, production or operations.
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills, and the ability to handle several projects at once.
• Good written and spoken communication skills for dealing with clients.
• Experience with manufacturing, fabrication or design projects is an advantage.
