We're Hiring: Business Analyst with SAP Experience!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with proven SAP expertise to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience analyzing business processes and implementing SAP solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing workflows, bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, and driving organizational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

KEY RESPONSIBILITES (JOB REQUIREMENTS)

1Business Need Analysis & Design Thinking

2Conduct in-depth business need analysis by engaging with various stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and current processes.

3Apply Design Thinking methodologies to explore user needs, ideate innovative solutions, and prototype concepts, ensuring a human-centered approach to problem-solving.

4Identify opportunities for business process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.

5Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to uncover underlying business problems and potential solutions.

1Business Requirements Making & Documentation

2Translate high-level business needs into detailed, clear, concise, and testable business requirements (functional and non-functional), user stories, and use cases.

3Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, data models, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.

4Ensure requirements are aligned with organizational strategic objectives and technical feasibility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/JOB QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

•2 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in an IT environment.

•Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall).

•Experience in [E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality] is a plus.

•Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq).
