About Feel Fresh

Two founders, a Singapore oral-care brand, and nobody between us and the customer. We make a peroxide-free whitening kit, a stain remover mouthwash, ultrasonic and UV cleaners for retainers and aligners, water flossers and toothbrush sterilisers. We sell on our own site and on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada, and Malaysia is next.

The Straits Times, CNA and Mothership wrote about us without being pitched. Dentists started recommending the products because patients brought them into appointments. All of it was built on content we made ourselves.

The job, honestly

You make the content. You film and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram and our Meta ads, write the hooks and captions, help run our TikTok Shop livestreams and keep our content interns moving. You work directly with the founders on what to make, and you see the numbers on what actually sold.

In a typical month you might

• Film and edit 20 to 30 short-form videos: street interviews, product demos, founder stories and UGC-style ads.
• Write hooks, captions and on-screen text, and cut new versions of the ones that work.
• Run shoot days: plan the shot list, set up, and direct the interns.
• Help set up and run TikTok Shop livestreams around sale moments like 11.11 and Payday.
• Post and reply to comments on TikTok and Instagram.
• Look at what performed and pitch what to try next.

You would be right for this if

• You have made short-form content you are proud of, for a brand, a client or your own channel, and can show us.
• You can shoot on a phone and edit in CapCut or Premiere.
• You are happy both on camera and behind it.
• You move fast and don't need every brief spelled out.
• Fresh grads are welcome. We care more about your portfolio than your CV.

The deal

• S$3,500 to S$5,000 a month, depending on what you bring.
• A direct line to the founders: pitch an idea on Monday and it can be filmed this week.
• A brand with real reach: national press, dentist-recommended products, four marketplaces and a Malaysia launch.
• Room to grow into a content lead role as the team grows.
