Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and review interior fit-out design drawings, shop drawings and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and design intent.

  2. Manage and review detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, material layouts and construction details.

  3. Develop and coordinate detailed construction solutions for complex architectural features, material junctions, finishing details and installation interfaces.

  4. Liaise with architects, interior designers, consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve design discrepancies and technical issues.

  5. Coordinate interior fit-out designs with architectural, structural, M&E, fire protection and other disciplines to ensure proper integration.

  6. Review materials, construction methods and technical details to ensure design feasibility, functionality and quality.

  7. Provide technical support to site teams, including resolving dimensional discrepancies, installation conflicts and finishing issues.

  8. Prepare, review and maintain shop drawings, technical submissions, design changes and related documentation.

  9. Monitor design revisions and ensure approved drawings and technical requirements are properly implemented on site.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.

  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out design coordination, technical engineering or shop drawing management.

  3. Experience in high-end residential and five-star hotel interior fit-out projects is required.

  4. Experience in Singapore or Southeast Asian construction projects is an advantage.

  5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other relevant design software.

  6. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out detailing, materials, construction methods and architectural finishes.

  7. Experience coordinating architectural and interior fit-out drawings with M&E and other construction disciplines.

  8. Strong technical coordination, drawing review, problem-solving and communication skills.

  9. Communicate effectively with consultants and multicultural project teams.
