Pure Mylk Sdn Bhd is a growing plant-based milk manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality, sustainable, and nutritious dairy alternatives. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Sales Executive to support our Sales team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities in the F&B and retail sectors.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Regulatory) on customer requirements, product samples, and order fulfilment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning
• Support Sales Manager in day-to-day operational and personal matters when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry, FMCG, or F&B sector. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in food-related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry landscape, dairy/plant-based products, and FMCG market dynamics. Understanding of basic sales principles, customer management, and product positioning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Mandrin
