A regional Corporate Bank is seeking a Business Planning Executive to support its business administration and planning function. This role focuses on coordinating cross-departmental projects, supporting business planning activities, monitoring key initiatives and driving improvements to internal processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments, supporting projects, reporting and business initiatives while gaining broad exposure across the organisation. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Coordinate and facilitate cross-departmental projects, activities, and branch-wide initiatives, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication, seamless coordination, and smooth workflow across departments. 
• Track project progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure objectives are achieved effectively, identifying areas for improvement where necessary 
• Support business process reviews and improvements to enhance operational efficiency, prepare management reports, analyses and business planning documentation, and maintain company website content while providing administrative support to other departments.  

You are required to have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. 
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, communication, organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to prepare reports independently. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis tools such as Tableau being an added advantage.
