About the Role:
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Working alongside the Restaurant Manager to create a positive and productive work environment for the restaurant team.
Assisting with marketing and promotional activities for the restaurant.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Is a strong leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Has a passion for Penang cuisine and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Point-of-Sale systems (experience with symphony systems is a plus).
Has a positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
