Hydralab is hiring an Outlet Manager. We welcome candidates with beauty salon management, team leadership or senior beauty consultant experience.

Hydralab specialises in beauty and skincare, with outlets in Puchong and Damansara. We’re looking for someone who understands customers, supports the team and takes ownership of outlet performance.

You’ll lead the team in delivering quality service, building customer relationships and achieving sales targets, while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry; experience as an outlet manager, assistant manager or team leader is preferred.

• Ability to track sales targets and review appointments, visits, conversions and follow-ups to identify areas for improvement.

• Willingness to lead and coach others, communicate clearly and follow through on issues.

• A customer-focused approach and patience in handling feedback.

• Manage daily outlet operations: Coordinate staff rosters, appointments, staffing and treatment schedules to keep services running smoothly.

• Lead the team towards targets: Monitor outlet sales, treatment package and product performance, and support the team in achieving targets.

• Manage consultations and customer relationships: Understand customer needs, guide suitable treatment and product recommendations, and follow up on customer experience and return visits.

• Handle customer feedback: Respond promptly to complaints and unexpected issues, coordinate solutions and follow through to resolution.

• Report and improve: Summarise outlet performance, customer feedback and team updates for management, and recommend practical improvements.
