Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to students with additional or higher support needs.
Conduct mentoring, life skills, and social-emotional learning programmes.
Organise after-school and engagement activities to support students' development.
Create a safe and positive environment for students to build confidence and resilience.
Work closely with teachers and school staff to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Support students' academic, behavioural, and personal growth through targeted interventions.
Requirements
Diploma in counselling / psychology / social work / social sciences, or equivalent qualifications in social / youth work
Min 3 years of experience
