Minimum SPM qualificationwith at least1 year of sales experience.

Experience in FMCG, wine, beverage, or related industries will be an advantage.

Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Basic computer and numerical skills.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Results-oriented, proactive, and positive with a strong willingness to learn.

Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.

Willing to travel and work outside normal office hours when required.

Passionate about sales and comfortable with product tasting and customer engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across on-trade and off-trade channels.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, lead generation, and customer visits.

Conduct product presentations, tastings, demonstrations, and promotional activities to increase product awareness and sales.

Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and quotation to order placement, delivery coordination, and after-sales follow-up.

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective customer management and business development.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and promotions with customers and distributors in line with company guidelines.

Plan and conduct regular sales visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities to expand the customer base.

Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance, customer activities, and market developments.
