RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking under supervision of the Demi Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
• Ensure food items are cooked and presented according to café recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies properly.
• Practice proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Academic: At least a Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Working Experience: Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience in a café, restaurant, or similar setup.
• Special skill: Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations. Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Others: Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
