Key Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and assigned role, responsibilities may include:
Lead or support end-to-end project and program delivery, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved.
Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and action logs across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and resolve delivery challenges.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, governance materials, and executive updates for senior management.
Support governance forums by managing meeting schedules, documentation, action tracking, and decision registers.
Coordinate regulatory submissions and work closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit teams to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, controls, documentation repositories, and audit-ready records.
Support business-as-usual (BAU) activities alongside project delivery, ensuring operational continuity throughout the transformation.
Produce operational reports, KPI/KRI dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting.
Identify, escalate, and manage project risks, operational issues, and cross-workstream dependencies while driving timely resolution.
Engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders to ensure alignment across project objectives and strategic priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Approximately
5–10+ years
of experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Business Execution, or Transformation roles.
Experience delivering large-scale business, operational, regulatory, or transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and support functions.
Experience preparing project governance documentation, reporting, and executive presentations.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:
Enterprise transformation or legal entity migration projects
Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services
Regulatory, governance, risk, or controls frameworks
PMO and project governance
Business execution and operational support
BAU reporting and operational management
Cross-functional program coordination
Executive stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
M&A integration or large organizational transformation projects
