Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Quantity Surveyor di TPS Construction Pte Ltd West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking a Quantity Surveyor to manage measurements and cost estimates, prepare bills of quantities and tender documents, evaluate tenders, monitor costs and variations, manage payments, ensure contract compliance, and liaise with clients, PMs, subcontractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved.
• Access payment and variation works to client and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Communicate with the client, management, subcontractors and keep track of the progression of both main contract and sub-contract.
• Monitor and keep track of project progress, measurements, valuation of variations in the work during the contract, the agreement of interim payments and the final account.
• Ensure that projects comply with the contractual terms and conditions.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to assess the impact of changes on project budgets and timelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Equipped with both civil and architectural knowledge is preferable.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experienced in tendering for Projects.
