Production Crew — Dua Ains Cake Batik

Location: Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam, near Subang Bestari
Starting Basic Salary: RM1,800 per month
Salary Progression: Opportunity to increase to RM2,200 per month based on performance

Working Days & Hours

• Working days: Tuesday to Sunday
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekly rest day: Monday

Dua Ains Cake Batik is a growing dessert brand specialising in premium cake batik, located in Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam, near Subang Bestari.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for responsible, energetic, and passionate individuals to join us as Production Crew and support our daily production operations.

Interested in making desserts but have no experience? You are welcome to apply — training will be provided!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce cake batik and desserts according to company recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Measure, prepare, and organise ingredients for daily production.
• Assist with food preparation, decorating, cutting, portioning, and packaging.
• Maintain consistent product quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the kitchen and production area.
• Store ingredients and finished products properly.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock organisation when required.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily orders and production targets.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Leader or management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, dessert business, food production, or the F&B industry is an added advantage.
• School leavers, fresh graduates, and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interested in food preparation and dessert production, with a willingness to learn.
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• A team player with a positive working attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.

Salary & Performance Bonus

• Starting basic salary of RM1,800 per month.
• Opportunity for a basic salary increase to RM2,200 per month, subject to performance assessment and achievement of company standards.
• Performance bonus based on KPI achievement.
