About This Position

We are seeking a sales-driven individual to promote home appliances and electrical products in a retail environment. You will assist customers in understanding different product options, provide relevant recommendations, and support the brand in achieving its sales objectives.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Actively engage with shoppers to introduce products and generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer expectations and suggest appropriate products to meet their needs.
• Share product knowledge, including key functions, specifications, prices, and current deals.
• Help customers evaluate different models and explain their benefits before making a purchase.
• Encourage sales through product demonstrations, recommendations, and effective customer engagement.
• Track individual sales performance and work towards the targets set by the company.
• Maintain an orderly product area and ensure all displayed items are presented professionally.
• Check merchandise availability and liaise with outlet personnel regarding stock requirements.
• Keep informed about new models, sales campaigns, and competing products.
• Provide sales reports, customer insights, and updates on outlet matters to the supervisor.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with different types of customers.
• Comfortable explaining product details and assisting customers with purchasing decisions.

• Dependable, organised, and committed to maintaining good attendance.
• Able to work effectively with outlet staff and follow company procedures.
