Job Summary
Support marketing operations by updating digital platforms, preparing marketing materials, organising events, collecting campaign data, and assisting with daily marketing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Update company website, social media pages, and product information to maintain accurate and engaging content
Design and prepare marketing materials such as flyers and brochures to support promotional activities
Coordinate and assist in organising trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand presence
Collect and analyse campaign data to generate simple reports for marketing performance review
Support daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or above in Marketing, Design, or related fields
Basic skills in Canva to create visual marketing content
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage documents and presentations
Familiarity with social media platforms to support digital marketing efforts
Ability to write clear and concise content in English
Strong organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail
