[1] Legal Associate (Conveyancing work)

• To handle a variety of conveyancing matters, including development projects, sub-sales, and other related property transactions;
• To handle banking and financing matters, including retail and commercial financing;
• To draft, review and advise on corporate and commercial agreements and related documentation;
• To liaise with all relevant parties including clients, developers, bankers and agents;
• To monitor the progress of files and ensure that transactions are completed within the relevant timelines;
• To work closely with the team and provide general support as required.

[2] Pupil/Chambering Student

• Candidate must have fair amount of ambition to become one of the great lawyers in town.
• To assist the partners and legal associates in various areas of practice;
• To conduct research on points of law and to draft legal documents;
• To handle general legal and conveyancing work including developers’ projects, subsale and perfection matters and manage conveyancing transactions;
• to attend to conveyancing, general administrative and clerical matters.

[3] Legal Associate (Corporate work)

• To assist lawyer-in-charge in handling corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures and commercial contracts in general.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
