What We Offer
Basic Salary: $2,100 – $2,300/month + Commission
Work Schedule: 5-day work week
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Location: Island-wide
Training: Provided for suitable candidates
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and positive customer service
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Explain product features, benefits and promotions
Handle sales transactions and payments accurately
Maintain a clean and organised store environment
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
Support the team in achieving sales targets
Handle customer enquiries professionally
Job Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
Working Hours
5-day work week | 44 hours per week
Rotating shifts:
Opening: 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM
Full Shift: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (2-hour break)
Closing: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekend and Public Holiday work is required according to the roster.
