CNC Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for CNC machining and debugging of products, editing of machining processes and programs, and first-piece self-inspection. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment, possesses strong hand-eye coordination, and strictly follows all safety protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Min SPM or above; major in CNC or mechanical-related fields preferred.

• More than two years of experience as a CNC technician.

• Proficient in basic office software, CAD drawing software, and programming software (Mastercam/UG).

• Familiar with lathe and CNC machining raw materials, commonly used tooling, cutters, clamps, jigs, and inspection tools; familiar with Mitsubishi and FANUC system operations; proficient in the use of PFMEA and CP.

Key Responsibilities

• CNC machining and debugging of products, editing of machining processes and programs, and first-piece self-inspection.

• Optimization and improvement of production processes.

• Procurement and management of tooling, cutters, clamps, and jigs.

• Assist in formulating production process-related documents, systems, and standards.

• Sample production and development of new processes.

• Supervision of workshop production process discipline and production order.
