Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules, master production schedules, or operational timelines.
• Monitor daily progress against schedules, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and formulate proactive recovery plans.
• Coordinate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure raw materials, resources, and manpower are aligned with schedules.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate regular progress reports, and present timeline updates to management.
• Review engineering or operational changes and assess their impact on overall timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate documentation, version control of schedules, and historical data for continuous workflow optimization.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in planning, scheduling, or operations control (manufacturing, construction, or corporate project environments preferred).

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in planning software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
