Programmes& Productions Intern
- Support the planning and executionof in-house and external programmes such as performances, workshops andcommunity events, including logistics, scheduling, venue setup, ticketing andstakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams andexternal partners to ensure smooth delivery of events and assist with inventorymanagement prior to SIFAS’ relocation.
- Contribute to marketing efforts bycreating content across digital platforms (social media, website, newsletters,press releases) and ensuring alignment with SIFAS branding.
- Manage digital communications,including regular platform updates, responding to enquiries and drafting themonthly events calendar and bimonthly newsletter.
- Conduct basic market research toinform audience targeting and campaign strategies; track performance metricsand support campaign optimisation.
- Stay updated on arts marketingtrends and share ideas to support audience engagement and outreach.
Minimum Requirement:
- A-level graduate/Current DiplomaStudent
- Good verbal and writtencommunications skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel andPowerpoint
- Singaporeans or PRs only
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3months
- Able to work some weekends ifthere is an event (Overtime hours can be claimed as time off later)
Wouldbe a Plus:
- Basic Canva & graphic designproficiency
- Prior working/volunteeringexperience with events management
Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society is one of the premier and longest serving society promoting the
teaching and appreciation of the Indian Fine Arts society since May 1949 in Singapore. The Academy
housed by the Society, offers 15 disciplines in Hindustani and Carnatic music, Bharatanatyam, Kathak
and Kuchipudi dance styles, and visual arts. Currently there are 28 resident teachers. The society offers 8
year programs leading up to a Diploma and Visharadh title designed for music and dance.
The society is a registered charity, and is run by an elected volunteer committee of 15 members. The
Society has some 1600 ordinary members, 275 life members and over 2000 students.
