We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our Protégé Programme within the Claims department. This opportunity is opened to replace a Protégé participant who has exited the programme and offers valuable exposure to the end-to-end management of Life & Family Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in claims processing and assessment activities.
• Review and verify claims documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Support claims administration and case management activities.
• Ensure claims are processed in accordance with internal policies and service standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on claims-related matters.
• Assist in preparing reports and operational updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in:
• Insurance & Takaful
• Actuarial Science
• Business Administration
• Other related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
