Job Responsibilities

• Lead the equipment engineering team to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Improve equipment performance, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Drive equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage equipment maintenance, lifecycle planning, spare parts, and reliability improvement.
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and production ramp-up.
• Lead automation, robotics, equipment upgrades, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement projects.
• Work closely with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and external suppliers.
• Lead, coach, and develop engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Support customer audits, technical reviews, and equipment-related escalations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Equipment Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience in semiconductor, IC substrate, advanced packaging, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, RCA, FMEA, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in automation, robotics, equipment qualification, and CAPEX project management is an advantage.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
