Machine Setup & Operation

• Able to set up and operate Turn or Mill machines independently.
• Do tool-setting and work piece-setting.
• Able to calculate, set, and modify machining parameters (speeds, feeds, depths of cut, tapers, etc.).
• Able to perform minor programming or program editing at machine controls is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Able to understand and apply basic geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to use measuring instruments, gauges, and measuring techniques.

Housekeeping & General

• General cleaning (5S) of the production area , follow any tasks given by supervisor/leader.
