Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Assistant (Operator) - Manual Soldering, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di JYG Holding Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Assist SMT Technicians and the production team in daily SMT operations.
• Perform manual soldering of electronic components and PCB boards.
• Carry out soldering touch-ups, component replacements and minor rework when required.
• Inspect solder joints and identify common defects such as insufficient solder, solder bridges and misaligned components.
• Prepare PCB boards, components, tools and materials before production.
• Assist with component loading, unloading and material handling.
• Handle PCB assemblies and electronic components properly according to ESD requirements.
• Perform basic cleaning of PCB boards, workstations, tools and equipment.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards and safety procedures.
• Report production or quality issues to the Technician or Supervisor.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Must have practical experience and skills in manual soldering.
• Able to use a soldering iron and basic soldering tools safely.
• Knowledge of soldering touch-ups, component replacement or PCB rework is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and PCB assemblies is preferred.
• Good eyesight, steady hands and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Fresh candidates with relevant soldering training may also be considered.
• Candidates available to start immediately will be given preference.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in an SMT, PCBA or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ESD control and basic quality inspection.
• Knowledge of through-hole and SMD component soldering.
• Experience using a hot air rework station is an added advantage.
