3-4 year of working experience in Automation

Good communications in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin (Due to communication with stakeholders and Clients)

Proven experience in automotive sales (Managerial level preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Sales-driven, target-oriented and committed

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Able to travel when required

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly & annual targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Drive showroom traffic, closing ratios and revenue performance

Monitor team KPIs and provide coaching & guidance

Build strong customer relationships and maintain high service standards

Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
