• Minimum 2 years of experience in account servicing, account management, or project coordination; agency experience is preferred.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, with working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.

• Familiar with Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Weibo and interested in Mandarin digital and social media platforms.

• Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements independently.

• Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentation decks, and basic reporting tools.

Added Advantage

• Experience managing brand accounts on Xiaohongshu or WeChat Official Accounts.

• Experience with KOL/influencer sourcing and coordination in Malaysia or Mandarin.

• Basic knowledge of paid social media platforms and campaign reporting.

• Experience in travel, education, retail, property, or healthcare industries.

• Manage day-to-day client communication, understand client objectives, and coordinate briefs and expectations.

• Manage content calendars, production schedules, and social media deliverables across Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo, and other platforms.

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, paid media teams, KOLs, and influencers to ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Review content before client submission to ensure accuracy, quality, tone, and brand guidelines are followed.

• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide insights and recommendations based on campaign results.

• Support proposals, quotations, scope of work, account renewals, and upselling opportunities.

• Maintain proper account documentation, approvals, meeting notes, and project records.

• Identify timeline, budget, or scope issues early and communicate them to the Head of Digital Marketing.
