Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management.

Strong experience handling end-to-end order fulfilment, including quotation preparation and sales order processing.

Able to manage high-volume transactions (approximately 50 quotations/sales orders per day).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Customer-focused with strong telephone and email communication skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language proficiency is an advantage.

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions.

Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process.

Resolve customer issues related to shipment delays, pricing discrepancies, defective items, and order accuracy.

Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal teams, including Sales, Shipping, and Finance, to ensure smooth order processing.

Prepare supplier RFQs and Purchase Orders (POs), monitor inventory allocation, and track lead times.

Communicate delivery updates and expedite shipments when necessary.

Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Support customer service projects and provide guidance to new team members when required.

Ensure accurate documentation and maintain KPI-related data.
