Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Optometrist di Pott Glasses Selangor - Maukerja

Optometrist (Full-Time, On-Site) – Pott Glasses

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Pott Glasses is a personalised eyewear boutique. We don't just test eyes and sell frames. We style people. Every customer gets glasses chosen around their face shape, work, lifestyle and prescription, so they leave seeing well and looking like themselves.

This is a retail optometry role: eyecare + sales. Your eye test matters. So does whether the customer trusts you enough to buy, return, and bring a friend.

What you'll do

• Conduct eye tests and refractions, including multifocal and progressive lens cases

• Turn test results into clear, personalised lens recommendations

• Work with the team through our styling flow: frame selection, eye test, consultation

• Explain options in plain language. Customers should understand what they're paying for and why.

• Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat visits and referrals

• Keep standards high on records, follow-ups and after-sales care

Who we're looking for

• Degree in Optometry, registered with the Malaysian Optical Council (MOC)

• Fresh graduates welcome

• Comfortable talking to people, and keen to get good at it

• Sees sales as part of patient care, not a dirty word

• Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told

What you get

• Basic salary + commission

• Performance bonus and company trip when targets are hit

• Free eyewear for employees

• Outpatient medical claim (RM300/year)

• Coaching and support from senior leadership
