We Are Hiring – SAP Professional Services Sales

Position: SAP Professional Services Sales / Business Development Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities for SAP professional services, consulting, staffing, and managed services.
• Identify and acquire new clients across APAC markets.
• Develop relationships with SAP customers, system integrators, and consulting partners.
• Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close new business deals.
• Promote SAP resource augmentation, implementation, AMS, and project-based delivery services.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and rate cards.
• Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfil client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably SAP professional services.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong network of SAP clients, system integrators, and decision-makers.
• Experience selling SAP consulting, staff augmentation, AMS, or implementation services.
• Good understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP functional/technical skill sets.
• Experience in the Singapore, Malaysia, or wider APAC market is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of generating business independently.
