SALARY RANGE : RM 4000 - RM 7000

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for stakeholder engagement initiatives involving government, community, industry, alumni, and other external stakeholders.
• Coordinate engagement activities, meetings, visits, networking sessions, forums, and collaborative projects.
• Manage stakeholder communications, follow-ups, and engagement records.
• Support planning and implementation of engagement programs and activities.
• Prepare reports, maintain databases, and analyse engagement outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
