• Serve as a first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and information.
• Understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses.
• Manage service requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Work closely with internal teams and relevant external parties to resolve enquiries.
• Track pending requests and follow up to ensure timely outcomes.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the relevant systems.
• Refer complex cases to the appropriate teams for further assistance.
• Contribute to a positive and consistent customer experience.

• SPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, healthcare, or hospital environments is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with academic backgrounds in Medical Science, Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Nursing, Healthcare, or related disciplines are welcome.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and handling routine data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work collaboratively.
• Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule.

• Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
• Full-time position with rotational shifts.
• Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required.
• Shift allowances and other benefits may be available, subject to company policy.
