Job Scope:
• Handle day-to-day AP & AR activities
• Data entry of invoices, payments and receipts
• Assist with invoice processing and payment preparation
• Perform basic account reconciliations
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Provide general admin support to the Finance team
Requirements:
• Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with internship/accounting experience are an advantage
• Basic knowledge of AP & AR
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn
